Shube's Manufacturing Sterling Silver Indian Earrings With Turquoise and Feather. Based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, this artist started making jewelry in 1972. This specific trademark was used between 1986 and 2002, which makes this a vintage item. Beautifully detailed Indian face with, what appears to be, tears running out of one eye that are symbolized with a feather and turquoise beads. According to Navajo legend when it finally rains after a long drought, turquoise is formed from the human tears of joy soaked into the Earth, while the feather represents high honor.
