According to the morapandorablog, this charm was released in the fall of 2013 and then recalled after it had already hit some of the Pandora stores. The recall happened after several fans complained to Pandora about the inaccuracy of the charm, mainly the number and placement of the stars. There have only been eight of them known to have been sold before the recall. One of these charms sold on eBay for over $1,000. Pandora never reproduced the charm, which is a shame.
